The way that the problem (different finish) with the few cork panels was handled by you and the store management was superb. It appeared that the distributor was not going to be too helpful, but it was decided that you would step up and provide a level of service that gives Custom Carpet an
excellent reputation for customer service.
I am very pleased that I made the decision to purchase my renovation materials on the Sunshine Coast and not in the city.
I cannot imagine ever getting service that I received in light of the problem that we incurred.
